Coverage

Mechanical Components (Deck, Trucks): 1-Year Warranty

Electrical Components (Hub, Motor, ESC, Battery, Remote, Charger): 6-Month Warranty
The warranty period begins on the date the product is signed for by the customer, as indicated by the delivery tracking information on the official logistics website.
Not Covered
The following parts are not covered under warranty:
- Wheels, bearings, belts
- Bash guards and protective parts
- All board-mounted lights
- Griptape
- Other consumable components
Warranty Does Not Apply If Damage Is Caused By:
- Normal wear and tear
- Shipping or transport damage
- Theft or loss
- Unauthorized disassembly, modifications, or repairs
- Commercial or excessively heavy use
- Misuse, negligence, water damage, impact, or storage in harsh environments (e.g., humidity, sand, corrosion)
- Use in violation of local laws
- Failure to follow Elofty’s user manuals or maintenance guidelines
Warranty Claims
For warranty claims, photos or test videos are required to verify the issue. We will not replace or repair any item that has already been refunded.

Extended Warranty Service
At Elofty, we offer the option to extend your warranty for added peace of mind. By purchasing our Extended Warranty Service, you’ll receive double the standard warranty period as defined in our original policy.
What’s Included?

Mechanical Components (Deck, Trucks): Extended from 1 year to 2 years

Electrical Components (Motor, ESC, Battery, Remote, Charger): Extended from 6 months to 12 months
How to Purchase
You may purchase the Extended Warranty in one of the following ways:

At Checkout: Add the extended warranty when purchasing your new board.

Within 60 Days of Delivery:

- Please note:
- The extended warranty must be purchased within 60 days of confirmed delivery (based on official tracking data).
- If your board was delivered more than 60 days ago, your purchase will be automatically refunded and the extended warranty will not be activated.
- There are two pricing tiers:

- Within 7 days of delivery

Between day 8 and day 60 after delivery
Prices vary accordingly. Purchases outside this timeframe are invalid and will be refunded.
