At Elofty, we offer the option to extend your warranty for added peace of mind. By purchasing our Extended Warranty Service, you’ll receive double the standard warranty period as defined in our original policy.

What’s Included?

• Mechanical Components (Deck, Trucks): Extended from 1 year to 2 years
• Electrical Components (Motor, ESC, Battery, Remote, Charger): Extended from 6 months to 12 months

How to Purchase

You may purchase the Extended Warranty in one of the following ways:

1. At Checkout: Add the extended warranty when purchasing your new board.
2. Within 60 Days of Delivery
   
3. Please note:

• The extended warranty must be purchased within 60 days of confirmed delivery (based on official tracking data).
• If your board was delivered more than 60 days ago, your purchase will be automatically refunded and the extended warranty will not be activated.
• There are two pricing tiers:
  • Within 7 days of delivery
  • Between day 8 and day 60 after delivery
    Prices vary accordingly. Purchases outside this timeframe are invalid and will be refunded.
