Return & Refund Policy

At Elofty, we want you to love your ride. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help—just be sure to review our return terms carefully.

Return Window

We offer a 2-day return policy, meaning you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns are only accepted for orders shipped to addresses in the United States, Australia, and Europe. Due to the high cost of international shipping, we cannot accept returns from other regions.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original sealed packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Quality Issue Returns

For returns not related to product defects, customers will be responsible for:

  • Round-trip shipping fees, and
  • A 20% processing fee based on the total order amount.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The request is made more than 2 days after delivery.
  • The return is from a region outside the U.S., Australia, or Europe.
  • The item is not shipped back within 7 days after receiving an RA (Return Authorization) number.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is not provided.
  • Product serial numbers, labels, or waterproof stickers are damaged or tampered with.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized products or accessories
  • DIY components unless defective (in such cases, only replacements or repairs are provided)
  • Sale items or gift cards

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue.
If it's due to our error, Elofty will cover all return shipping costs and send the correct item to you.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@eloftyboards.com with the following details:

  1. Your Order Number
  2. Item(s) being returned (name, quantity, serial numbers)
  3. Reason for return
  4. Photos or videos showing the item is unused and in full original packaging

We’ll respond within 2–5 business days. If your return is approved, we’ll send a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.

Once you receive the RA number, please:

  • Ship the item to the location provided in our email within 7 days
  • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package
  • Prepay all return shipping (if not a product defect)

Packages without an RA number will be returned to sender at their expense.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for your desired item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you whether the refund is approved
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days
  • Delivery fees, customs duties, and processing fees will not be refunded

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Cancel an order

You can cancel your order to receive a refund if the product has not been shipped. 5%(Processing fee) of the total order amount will be charged for canceling the order.

If your product has already been shipped and is in transit, we will charge the round-trip shipping cost plus a 20% Processing fee of the total order amount.

 

Important Notes

Do not refuse any packages. Refusing delivery or providing an incorrect address may result in additional fees or lost packages, which are the customer’s responsibility.
